Media Buyer / Traffic Acquisition
What you'll do
- Launch and efficiently optimise ad campaigns across various DSP platforms and direct publishers.
- Expand into new markets and actively participate in generating ideas for new launches.
- Support existing partners and find ways to scale traffic volumes (we are a direct advertiser).
- Work with marketing analytics and make decisions based on a range of product user metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Monetisation, Analytics, and Product teams.
- Work with Performance Marketing and directly influence the product.
- Conduct competitive research to identify efficiency growth points.
You'll be a great fit if you have
- Minimum experience in independent traffic buying (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Developed communication skills and willingness to negotiate with partners.
- Proactiveness and initiative — you generate ideas and actually implement them.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
- Drive to find answers and alternative approaches independently.
- Personal achievements backed by concrete results or certifications.
Nice to have
- Experience in highly competitive niches (dating, gambling, etc.).
- Experience with ad trackers: Voluum, Binom, Keitaro.
- Experience with BI systems: Tableau, PowerBI.
- Experience with adserver solutions and RTB.
